Usage notes edit

  • Often written with a շեշտ (šešt)այո՛ (ayó).
  • A declined form այոյնիւն (ayoyniwn), which is a singular instrumental, is attested.
  • The word was already extinct by the 12th century, having been replaced by հա (ha).
