From երկ- (erk-) +‎ -նչ- (-nčʻ-).

Verb edit

երկնչիմ (erknčʻim)  (aorist indicative երկեայ)

  1. to fear, to be afraid of, to dread, to apprehend, to be frightened, to tremble
    մի՛ երկնչիքmí erknčʻikʻdon't be afraid, never fear
  2. to distrust

Conjugation edit
