Compound of آلُه / اَلُه / اَلوه (âloh, aloh, aluh, eagle) (from Middle Persian ʾlwh (āluh, eagle)) and either the dialectal (Qazvin) آموخت (âmu(x)t, taught), or آموت (âmut, nest).
