      अस्सरं खो व्यञ्जनं अधोठितं परक्खरं नये युत्ते
      Assaraṃ kho vyañjanaṃ adhoṭhitaṃ parakkharaṃ naye yutte.
      Assuredly the dead consonant preceding and in the lead of the other consonant in junction.
