  1. to execute, complete, carry out, fulfil
    • Deuteronomy 31:24
      ወሶበ ፡ አኅለቆ ፡ ሙሴ ፡ ጽሒፎቶ ፡ ለዝንቱ ፡ ነገረ ፡ ሕግ ፡ ውስተ ፡ መጽሐፍ ፡ እስከ ፡ ፈጸሞ
      wäsobä ʾäḫläḳo muse ṣəḥifoto läznətu nägärä ḥəg wəstä mäṣḥäf ʾəskä fäṣämo ;
      After Moses finished writing in a book the words of this law from beginning to end,

    • Genesis 29:28
      ወገብረ ፡ ላቲኒ ፡ ከማሁ ፡ ያዕቆብ ፡ ወፈጸመ ፡ ላቲኒ ፡ ሰብዐተ ፡ ዓመቲሃ ፡ ወወሀቦ ፡ ላባ ፡ ለያዕቆብ ፡ ራሔልሃ ።
      wägäbrä latini kämahu yaʿḳob wäfäṣämä latini säbʿätä ʿamätiha wäwähäbo laba läyaʿḳob raḥelha .
      And Jacob did so. He finished the week with Leah, and then Laban gave him his daughter Rachel to be his wife.
