A sugar-coated tablet used in traditional Chinese medicine "to remove toxic heat, to quench fire and relax the bowels in the treatment of substantial heat of sanjiao, inflammation and painful swelling of the eyes, sores in the mouth and nose, gingival bleeding, restlessness, thirst, dark urine, constipation, acute gastroenteritis and dysentery".
