Hanja in this word

From (snow) + (thick, strong, concentrated) + (soup); from the soup's whitish, cloudy appearance and concentrated flavor. Apparently a corruption of the original name, 선농탕 (seonnongtang, “soup of the venerated farmer”, 先農湯).
