首乌丸 (simplified, Pinyin shǒuwū wán, traditional 首烏丸)
- A black pill used in traditional Chinese medicine "to replenish the liver and the kidney, to strengthen the tendons and bones, and to blacken the hair, in the treatment of hyperlipemia, and deficiency syndrome of the liver and the kidney marked by dizziness, blurring of vision, tinnitus, aching of the loins, numbness of the limbs and premature greying of hair and beard".
