Derived wittily from the homophonic 旅友 (lǚyǒu, “travel companion”) or near-homophonic 旅游 (“to travel; travelling”), utilising the "3rd tone + 3rd tone → 2nd tone + 3rd tone" tone sandhi pattern in the Beijing dialect.
