보— (bo-, “to see, to look”) + —자 (-ja, “as soon as”) + 하— (ha-, “to do”) + —ㄹ (-l, prospective suffix) + (geot, “the thing which”) + 없— (eop-, “to not have”) + —다 (-da, declarative ending), literally "to not have the thing which makes it worthy to look at".
