1. the native language of a region; a regional language; a regional dialect
   • 제주도는 지리적 여건으로 말미암아 한국어의 특수한 토착어를 형성하였다. (Jejudo-neun jirijeok yeogeon-euro malmiama Hangugeo-ui teuksuhan tochageo-reul hyeongseong hayeottda.)

     Due to its geographic situation, Cheju Island developed a unique regional dialect of Korean.
