Constitution Avenue is America's Chang'an Avenue: except for the Pentagon, all the important government organizations, memorial architecture and museums of every type are in this narrow zone.
From the third day of the first month of the lunar year, Avenue des Champs-Élysées, known as the "Chang'an Avenue of France", is like a temple fair in China. On this day, the mayor of Paris "loans" the Avenue des Champs-Élysées to a colorful traditional Chinese performance art parade, and the route of this parade is from the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel on Paris' Avenue des Champs-Élysées to a circular square near the Élysée Palace.
