Concordance:New Testament Greek

This concordance lists the Greek vocabulary of the New Testament of the Bible, generally giving words appearing 10 and more times, arranged in separate tables for each major part of speech (e.g., 1st declension nouns, 2nd declension nouns, etc.) and sorted by the frequency of their occurrence in the New Testament. The word frequencies are based on the data in Kurt Aland's computerized concordance and cross-checked with Bruce Metzger's Lexical Aids.

Word frequency helps students to read New Testament Greek at sight, since they can focus on the most common words. English relatives of some words are given to show the continuing relevance of Greek and to aid in memorization.

Exhaustive concordance based on the best edition of the Greek New Testament of the 1980's. The differences in frequency counts with the best edition of 2009 (the 27th Nestle-Aland and 4th Greek New Testament) are likely to be minor. This concordance provides quotations showing the usages of each word.
