- (obsolete) A taxonomic class within the kingdom Plantae – a polyphyletic taxon comprising all diadelphous plants (those having the stamens in each flower fused into two separate groups).

This taxon was erected by Carl Linnaeus as an aid in classification, but was not intended to represent a natural grouping.
