English: Original Figure legend: "A time series of ratio images of a wild type GFP-myosin-II expressing cell going through cytokinesis. The numbers indicate seconds with 0 defined as the point of nuclear division. Bar, 5 μm." From the numbers and images it follows that with "nuclear division" the onset of Anaphase is meant. The Organism is Dictyostelium discoideum. Cell division is similar for animal cells.
Deutsch: Übersetzung der Original-Abbildungslegende: „Zeitserie einer Wildtyp-myosin-II exprimierenden Zelle, die durch die Cytokinese geht. Die Zahlen geben Sekunden an, 0 ist der Zeipunkt der Kernteilung. Maßstab: 5 µm.“ Aus den Zeitangaben und den Bildern erfolgt, dass mit „Kernteilung“ der Beginn der Anaphase gemeint ist. Der Organismus ist Dictyostelium discoideum. Die Zellteilung bei tierischen Zellen ist ähnlich
