English: : Four storey neorenaissance apartment building with stable, workshop, laundry room, also It has a gas lighting system. Lajos Grill architect planned and supervised, Mrs Lajos Grill (Janka Wieser) invested, built in 1882. - Loc. Vörösmarty street corner, 7 Hunyadi square, 6th district of Budapest. Magyar: : A ház építésze Grill Lajos német származású építőmester, ebben a négyszintes neoreneszánsz épületben élt családjával. A földszinten egykor istálló és mosókonyha az utcafronton műhelyek működtek. Az épületnelk gázlámpás világítása volt. A tardosi vörösmárvány burkolatos lépcsőház eredeti. A függőfolyosó hasonló burkolattal az 1949-es államosításkor készült. Az 1956-os sérülést,- egy falat átszakitott egy löveg,-a 60-as évekre sikerült kijavítani. Itt lakott Barcsay Jenő (1900-1988) - híres magyar festő, grafikus és Gosztonyi János (1909–1972) orgonaművész /1951-től?, a második emeleten a folyosó végén; /Dr. Diósy Lajos az MTA doktora és az ELTE magántanára visszaemlékezései alalpján/. (Budapest 100 2018. Kutatás: Gall Eszter, Győrfi Dániel.).
