| Description |
English: Snicket off Commercial Street, Brighouse At least that is the word for it that I was brought up with. It started as a field path, and when the land each side was developed a miserly width was left for the footpath. It is now a short cut from shops to bus station, with a signpost that is part of the shadow on the pavement. |
