Nomad and Riyadh are not rhymes for "bad", etc as they are stressed on their initial syllable. "Nomad" rhymes with "WOMAD". -- Paul G 08:37, 6 May 2004 (UTC)Reply

In Australian English (my dialect at least), bad, glad, mad and sad have lengthened vowels. They rhyme with eachother, but not the rest. --Vladisdead 06:36, 24 Jul 2004 (UTC)
