According to Škaljić p. 30 (the book in the references) SC đ can only reflect Ottoman g or ğ, and sometimes k, and never c. To je redovno, bez izuzetaka = "It's a regular correspondence, without exceptions." --Ivan Štambuk (talk) 20:00, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
