Talk:веденіе
Is this Russian? Russian has no letter "і". Russian letter for /i/ is "и".
- Good point! I made this entry after reading an interesting article on Russian spelling refrorms. I'll have to go find what I did wrong. Thanks. — Hippietrail 13:35, 29 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- Okay it's from w:Russian language. The letter "і" (izhe) was eliminated in the 1918 spelling reform. So this entry should stay but it needs to be modified and we need the modern spelling here too. — Hippietrail 13:41, 29 Jun 2004 (UTC)
An anonymous user just changed the "і" in the article to a "и" but didn't change the title of the page. Anyway, a Google search actually finds quite a few hits with the "і" - anybody got any good theories as to why? — Hippietrail 12:16, 9 Jul 2004 (UTC)
