Is the Japanese word 'hada' derived from Dutch 'huid'? Since it is known that the Dutch tought the Japanese a lot of medical knowledge. 85.113.241.224 10:13, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
- No, it is not. See the 8th century citation, many, many centuries before the Dutch had any influence on Japan. Bendono (talk) 01:06, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
