Is that an oval at the bottom, like in Korean? 24.29.228.33 17:26, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes. —Stephen 18:11, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

What is an oval doing in a Chinese character? 24.29.228.33 21:26, 17 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

There is no oval in a Chinese character, so it's NOT a Chinese character.--Dingar 00:50, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

It says "Han character" in the heading. 24.29.228.33 06:22, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

It is a Chinese character, but it appears to have Korean influence. Possibly used in the distant past to write a Korean name, such as (Kang). —Stephen 12:37, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, hope we can get more details about this. Unihan doesn't seem to have much. 24.29.228.33 08:06, 19 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
