  As far as given names are concerned, Google hits don’t matter. They can be very free, especially in Japanese, and the criterion must be higher than other words. For example, Google gives you a lot of hits for Picabo but we won’t list it as a female given name (I’m talking about the skier).   The three citations are not merely Google hits. Two are from Google Books and one is from Jim Breen's dictionary project, which is authoritative. (I can add another book citation if Jim Breen's dictionary is not considered adequate.) I completely disagree that it is enough to have only the hiragana version as that is not the form that a person whose name is 実生雄 would normally use; the entry 実生雄 serves the reader seeking to learning about it. Picabo gets 14K hits on Google Books which seems adequate according to the Wiktionary:CFI#Given_and_family_names CFI for given names even if she is the only person with that name.
