This may be pronounced in a variety of ways (e2 / ke1 / ke2 / he2 + zi3 / zai3 / a4), as people unfamiliar with Southern Min generally do not know how the first character should be pronounced. e2 zi3 is the standard Taiwanese Guoyu pronunciation as listed in Guoyu Dictionary.

The pronunciation in Taiwanese Southern Min ranges from /ə33 a51/ to /ɤ33 a51/, depending on dialect. It is the diminutive of (oyster).
