Dubious Japanese compounds remain, but I don't have time now to go through. Much spurious content added by suspect IP users. Some content they added is also good, so just reverting them doesn't seem the way to go. -- Eiríkr Útlendi | Tala við mig 21:28, 1 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Cleaned, so striking. -- Eiríkr Útlendi | Tala við mig 18:18, 23 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Senses, readings edit

@Draco argenteus, in resources I've got to hand, this kanji doesn't have any sense of medium or shaman of any gender, nor does it have any たましい or よい readings. As such, I've reverted your recent change. ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │Tala við mig 18:05, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Sorry. I added the readings from secondary sources and the senses みこ, かんなぎ probably aren't actually Japanese since they only come up in kanwa dictionaries. I made the change very quickly without being fully satisfied by it, especially concerning logical divisions and compounds which were nearly indefensible. In all likelihood this is beyond the scope of my ability, so I will leave this entry alone. Thank you for the heads up. Draco argenteus (talk) 23:20, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Draco argenteus: No worries, thanks for the reply.  :) FWIW, みこ is often spelled in kanji as 巫女, and かんなぎ as or . I don't see either of those readings listed for , though. Cheers, ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │Tala við mig 23:53, 17 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
