Interesting, I would have thought this was in "clearly widespread use". See google books:"mtwrf" for a hundred-some examples . . . though I'm not totally sure what we'd want a citation to look like. —RuakhTALK 15:16, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Cited IMHO. I've only encountered it at American universities, and I mostly only found cites from American and Canadian colleges and universities (though I did come across a few primary-school examples), so that might be its home turf. —RuakhTALK 15:41, 1 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
