You might be right, but that would be a question for WT:RFV.
Also SMSA means or meant Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area, since 1960 officially called MSA, Metropolitan Statistical Area. DCDuring TALK 19:11, 25 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
