Is the following meaning already added? If so, which one?

"She is a blank, blank woman" edit
Saw this odd usage in J. H. Riddell's The Uninhabited House. The woman is by no means lacking energy or imagination — she is a hot-tempered garrulous Irishwoman — and the person who calls her "blank" is a lawyer who dislikes her.
