Pronunciation - IPA

From what I understand of Scottish Gaelic orthography, would the IPA for the pronunciation of this word be /'tʲɔː/? Certainly this seems to be the "textbook" pronunciation, although I am aware that, like English, Scottish Gaelic spellings don't always correlate exactly with their pronunciation. If it isn't this, could somebody who knows how its pronounced properly please add the IPA; the current pronunciation (jo) could be in any format, or indeed not in one at all, and doesn't seem to comply with Wiktionary's standards.
