The McCarthy quote doesn't belong here. Maybe not anywhere...it's just an attributive use of the noun (phrase). Possibly an adjective, I haven't really checked if this has any adjectival use. But it's not a verb. Ƿidsiþ 14:53, 9 September 2010 (UTC)
