Removed phrase

I removed the following phrase from the definition:

for the purpose of providing charitable assistance ranging a broad spectrum of local or global concerns.

Someone might want to put it back, though maybe in a slightly different form. In order to raise funds, do you really have to “provide assistance over a broad spectrum of concerns”? — Daniel Brockman 11:42, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
