- They can - but only in the language of literature (književni jezik). Normally, the interfix -ov-/-ev- is always inserted. But in poetry where you have stuff such as the number of syllables and accents (glȃsi but shortened glȁsovi) that very much matter, licentia poetica accounts for numerous otherwise anomalous constructs. - Nor come across these forms in standard Serbo-Croatian grammars, at least not in the one which I have at hand. That's why I was perplexed initially and grateful now for the explanation. Genitive feminine in Irish edit
In the declension table for glas, the genitive singular feminine is glase, but it is glaise next to the entry. I tried to change it, but I can't, and I am only a beginner in Irish. Can somebody check it? --Or8a (talk) 20:36, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
