Most dictionaries (all the ones I've checked except Wiktionary) give the primary spelling as invocable, in line with invocation, irrevocable and similar, and as explained by the standard c/k substitution rule. (Which is essentially that "The letter k is substituted for c if /k/ is followed by an e, i, or y.")
It is worth bearing in mind that the shortest or commonest form of a word often does not provide its "root spelling"; "invoc—" is an example of this.
Many dictionaries do not even consider "invokable" to be valid at all (although with increasing currency that may change).
