Talk:mileage

Does a mileage always have to be expressed in miles? Search for "mileage in kilometres" in Google Books, for example. Equinox ◑ 13:20, 20 June 2012 (UTC)

I definitely agree here, mileage is a term synonymous with distance and does not have to refer to miles. It's still widely used in Australia which unlike the UK is fully metric, and of course you have "your mileage may vary". Sabretoof (talk) 12:13, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
