In archaic use, the plural "moustaches" / "mustaches" can be seen where we would currently use the singular. I wonder if this refers to the two halves, or the individual hairs. None of the 4 online dictionaries cover this. &mdashHippietrail 21:59, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
