This is actually interesting. You could say "F.C. XYZ sees itself" as well as "see themselves". "Themself" here in my opinion wouldn't work because when you make the verb plural, then the understanding is not collective anymore and the whole phrase should accordingly be plural. However, in the 1st person it's different because you couldn't use "I see myself" to refer to the club. Hence, "we see ourself" would be the 1st-person equivalent to "sees itself", and "we see ourselves" would be the equivalent of "see themselves".
