I added some cites that would seem to generally support this def (and formatted the article), but I'm not familiar with the term. Anyone from the region or familiar with it that could verify? Def left by the original poster was posh. --Jeffqyzt 14:50, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

It is in the latest revision of the OED. Definition expanded and etymology changed. RfV removed. SemperBlotto 21:59, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
