Is this an American term? In Australia we say double adaptor for the 2-way ones, and powerboard or power board for the multi-way ones with a lead. — Hippietrail 11:24, 20 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Interesting. In Canada (in my experience) it's extension chord or power chord if the chord (lead) is long, and power bar if it is short and has more than three outlets.
