I have corrected the previous  entry because it was incorrect.
I suggest people familiarise themselves  with Latin and Greek before attempting to define words

By the same token one could suggest that people familiarise themselves with Wiktionary formatting before attempting to leave snarky remarks... But in the interests of understanding, I will refrain from suggesting that and thank you for your contribution.
