Normally we do not use the word "Remuneration" as an HR term to describe salary-package, compensation, benefits etc. Can any expert tell me whether we can use the word "Remuneration" to describe all encompassing salary-package, compensation, benefits etc.? If not then why? What is the inner meaning of this word?
Remuneration only refers to money - not to other benefits. SemperBlotto 07:40, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
