- Yes. But, virtually any noun can be used as an adjective in English. We don't show a separate adjective for that, because all the meanings would be simple variations of the noun meainings. If it becomes (or is?) English to say things like "That chicken is very teriyaki." and "That chicken is more teriyaki than the one I had at lunch.", then we might call it an adjective. Even then, note that one is much more likely to say "organic teriyaki chicken" than "teriyaki organic chicken", an indication that "teriyaki chicken" is linguistically a single unit, another indication not to call it an adjective. Note that there isn't so definite an answer as one might expect. DCDuring TALK 20:24, 10 December 2008 (UTC)
