Attempt at improving the definition

I just changed the definition for the following reasons: A webring consists primarily of web pages and may, depending on the rules for the ring, include multiple pages on a site. Also, I believe that "interlinked in a circular structure" is better than mentioning specific links. (A link to the previous site is not included in the navigation panel for all webrings.) --GunnarHj 20:15, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
