The template takes the following parameters:
|subchapter=– if quoting from "Note to The Crown", specify|subchapter=Note. As it is unpaginated, use|1=or|page=to specify the "page number" assigned by the HathiTrust Digital Library to the URL of the webpage to be linked to. For example, if the URL ishttps://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uc1.b3550341&seq=15&view=1up, specify|page=15.|1=or|page=, or|pages=– mandatory: the page number(s) quoted from. When quoting a range of pages, note the following:- Separate the first and last pages of the range with an en dash, like this:
