Usage
This template displays a light blue box requesting a review of a block, and also categorizes in Category:Requests for unblock when used in the User: or User talk: namespaces. It takes two parameters:
- reason: the reason for the unblock request
- nocat: when nocat=(any string of characters) is used, this removes the user or user talk page from Category:Requests for unblock. This should be used when a request is no longer active, as an alternative to removing the template all together
