Usage

This template displays a light blue box requesting a review of a block when used in the User: or User talk: namespaces.

Parameters

|1=, |reason= (required)

The reason for the unblock request.

|nocat=1

Disable categorization of this page. This should be used when a request is no longer active, as an alternative to removing the template all together.
