sign [ˣ] in IPA

With reference to your edition of the Finnish section of the entry "-e", I have added an explanation of the use of the sign [ˣ] to the Wikipedia article on Finnish phonology (to which the user gets directed when clicking the "key" superscript over text "IPA" in a Finnish entry).
