From my full name: FRANCISCUS, passed down from my father, and his father and so on - up and until my name is for the first time called when it is but a small seed of a big oak in the town Assisi. After the Saint whose famous prayer is also my daily grace: Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy. In my professional life, I am an Attorney in South Africa. Already in 467 AD, the Romans laid the basis for almost all incidences in public and personal life and as modern praetors we have the benefit of their legal solutions to almost any legal problem. Complemented by the Dutch and English Laws over the centuries, there are almost no event that isn't covered or which shouldn't be scrutinised by an Attorney or Solicitor.

Commencing business in 2004 in Randburg, I as Sole-Proprietor and Admitted Attorney in the firm, has built an extensive network and substantial knowledge base from which to advise existing and prospective clients with all their legal requirements. Solving real life and business problems for clients and incorporating lessons learned in any personal and professional endeavour for the client that lives in a real world, with real problems, but has the ambition to progress beyond these challenges. All of these using language as my tool to identify, define, conclude, settle and persuade (I think - in the end - only myself), that there needn't be conflict in the world as information in the public domain is as endless as the cosmos itself, and as detailed as the Lillipitian splash of light that is transmitted through my dsl line to everyone and anyone that is looking to the stars to meet the CAUSE of the FIRST DAY CREATION.
