It took me forever (2-3 weeks) to find this Wiktionary:Entry_layout_explained. I think pronounciations are wacked, but am studying this: Wiktionary:Pronunciation, which finally led me to Wiktionary:Policies_and_guidelines! Which really, really should be a very prominent link on the main page. This might help the most: Category:Wiktionary_policies or Wiktionary:Index_to_Policies.
