• October 2010: typo 'bto' for 'bot' in edit summary.
  • December 10, 2010: Due to forgetting to tick '[skip] if only minor replacement made', bot used edit summary of "bot: de-linking level 2 headers, minor spacing" despite the fact that some edits were just minor spacing.
  • December 30, 2010: Due to human error, bot converted {{ttbc|Maltese}} to {{ttbc|mi}}. {{mi}} is the code of Maori, and {{mt}} is the code ofr Maltese. Fixed within a couple of hours.
  • 4 January 2011: Due to human error, converted lang=Interlingua to lang=it instead of lang=ia. Fixed the 30 or so pages affected within an hour of the original error.
  • 12 January 2011: Incorrect edit summary "bot: {{defn|Middle Chinese}} → {{defn|lang=zhx-mid}}" for Finnish entries. 937 entries affected.
  • 26 January 2011: For uncertain reasons, bot while converting language names to language codes inside {{ttbc}} produced the following code many times consecutively: <span class="error">Node-count limit exceeded</span>. Five entries are known to have been affected: I love you, Malay, peace, river, sun
  • 25 March 2011: Bad edit summary of "bot: {{infl|mk|noun}} to {{km-noun}} (mainly automated) using AWB" while converting {{infl|km|noun}} to {{km-noun}}. Initial mk should have been km.
  • 31 March 2011: Spelling mistakes in edit summaries.
  • 1 April 2010: converted {{infl|tt|noun}} to {{tt-pos-noun|c}} instead of {{tt-pos|noun|c}}. Small number of entries affected; fixed by hand within a few minites.
  • 4 April 2011: Spelling mistakes in edit summaries.
  • 4 April 2011: Missing vertical bar whilst converting {{in plural}} to {{in the plural}}. Fixed within a few minutes
  • 5 April 2011: Typo in edit summaries (extra colon)
  • 8 April 2011: Wrong edit summary, "bot, bypassing template redirects, minor spacing" should have been "converting {{alphagram}} to plain link, or removing when blank, minor spacing"
  • 2 May 2011: unwanted vertical bar (|) when replacing redirects. Fixed 20 October 2011.
  • 1 July 2011: adding en: to non-topical categories. Reason: substandard regular expression. Precise number of entries not known, but thought to be all fixed.
  • 20 October 2011: Erroneous edit summaries for Mandarin entries, approximately 900 entries affected. Human error
  • 11 October 2012: Erroneous edit summaries English entries. Human error
  • 17 October 2012: Due to not unchecking the regex button after a regex replacement, the replacement {{trreq|zh}} to {{trreq|cmn}} went badly wrong, affecting approximately 440 entries. Fixed (hopefully) within ten minutes using a series of plain text replacements such as lang={{trreq|cmn}} to lang=cmn.
