Japanese readings edit

Hello IP user --

I've noticed on a number of entries (most recently at 煙霧質) that you seem to struggle with the proper readings for Japanese words. For instance, although you correctly gave the hiragana for this term as えんむしつ, you gave the romaji of enmumoto, when it should be enmushitsu.

Provided you can find the hiragana for a word, you can look up the kana in any handy kana chart, such as at w:Hiragana or w:Katakana. Please do so in future. -- Thank you, Eiríkr ÚtlendiTala við mig 22:43, 10 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

{{wikipedia}} edit

When you added a link to Wikipedia with {{wikipedia}} ([1]), you were just one click away from the fact that the article doesn’t exist. Please check it next time. — TAKASUGI Shinji (talk) 03:46, 18 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Impending block edit

Hello IP user --

I'm afraid too many of your edits are disruptive, such as this edit that unnecessarily adds alternative spellings of the English word demon to what is a Japanese entry (those spellings would go on the demon page), or this edit that adds a wholly bogus etymology, or this edit to a page you created where you add a link to the Japanese Wikipedia article, which contains content you clearly haven't read, since it seems to contradict the content you added to the English Wiktionary page.

There is a loose community consensus growing that cleaning up the disruption of incorrect IP user edits is not a productive use of our time, as noted at Wiktionary:Requests for verification#風魔. Please take more care to:

  1. double-check your content before adding it;
  2. check page histories before re-adding content that has been removed, and do not re-add that content if a logged-in user has deleted it;
  3. read your Talk page and respond to posts there; and
  4. read the Wiktionary:Criteria for inclusion page for a better understanding of what content is acceptable here.

Note that continued disruptive edits (with disruptive here defined as "requiring lots of time for other editors to fix") will result in you being blocked. Nothing personal; this is just about how we allocate our time. -- Kind regards, Eiríkr ÚtlendiTala við mig 21:21, 21 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

You have been warned. You are blocked for avoiding your block as well as disruptive/incorrect edits despite multiple warnings. JamesjiaoTC 22:08, 23 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
